This policy explains the limited information used to operate Night Stalker: L.A. 1985, its Case Notes feed and its episode waitlist.

Information you choose to provide

If you join the episode waitlist, we receive your email address, your confirmation status and a referral code if you used one. We use that information to confirm your request, send product or episode updates you asked for and measure referrals. We do not sell or rent the list.

First-party measurement

The site uses first-party, cookie-free measurement to understand visits, episode starts and completions, broad device category, referring domain and campaign labels. A random identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage to distinguish a new session from a return visit. It is not an advertising ID and is not used for cross-site tracking. Measurement is disabled when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.

Routine server records

Like most websites, our infrastructure receives ordinary request information such as IP address, browser user agent, requested page and timestamp. We use these records for delivery, security, reliability and aggregate traffic reporting.

Service providers and retention

Infrastructure, email-delivery and publishing providers process data only as needed to operate the site and requested communications. We keep waitlist records while the series is active or until you unsubscribe, and retain security and aggregate operational records only as long as reasonably needed.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe through any email we send. You may also block local storage, enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or ask us to access or delete information associated with your email address.

Children

The site and series are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
